Description

Burgeon Melody telescopic seating is one of the most popular seats that is available from our diverse range of seating. Every parts including our slant frame engineering geometry has been designed to enhance the system’s operation strength and stability. This seat has the capabilitiy to provide numerous differing applications, starting with an economical nose mounting with a folding back, or it can be installed with a folding mechanism and a tip - up seat.

1) Seat Modules: 460mm minimum spacing, below-molded, high density polyethylene modules in mono tone colors provided with a scuff resistant textured.

2) Melody Chair metal brackets are bolted to the plywood decks at the centre's detailed on the drawing. Bolts with Nyloc Nuts and washers are to be used.

Platform Type

1) Integral Dolly: Ideal for high tier units, the integral lifting mechanism aloows you to move multiple portable seactions without additional equipment. Four mechanical screw jacks lift the unit and 12 large wheels allow for effrotless transportation of your bleacher.

2) Freestanding Unit: For some buildings, there are permanent rear large columns or weak loading rear wall, the freestanding unit is the ideal solution. Freestanding Units are outfitted with end rails and rear rails for safety reason. The rear panels or rear curtains are available upon request.

3) Travelling Unit: It is a hybrid of recessed and portable units. Travelling units use integral power to drive the entire bank from one setup position to another. Set-up time is greatly reduced compared to individual portable sections.

Accessories

1) Operating Handles: Provide and install manual operating handles constructed of 19mm OD stell tubing. Handles to engage pull-bar installed at the first tier.

2) End Curtains: Funish, deliver and install closure curtain panels at each exposed deck end in accordance with the drawings.

3) Rear Wall Column Cutouts: Provide custom cutouts at rear wall building columns. Top row(s) to be cutout and scribed.

4) Full swiveling industrial wheels: Retractable lock( friction pads) shall be provided to prevent movement during use.

5) Row Letter: Provide at each row end of plastic seat a 50mm x 50mm oval etched plate with black numerals.
