Burgeon retractable grandstands offer comfortable, generous seat spaces ergonomically contoured for spectator comfort.

Spectator retractable grandstands provides various platform types to position the space. Wall attached unit are supplied in 3 to 30 tier banks, are extremely adaptable, and efficiently recover floor space, allowing you to easily get the most out of your facility at all times. The telescopic seating systems are permanently fixed to the floor and / or wall through floor attachments and / or wall attachments. Besides wall attached unit, it includes recessed unit, integral dolly, freestanding unit, travelling unit etc.

Plarform Type

1) Freestanding Unit: For some buildings, there are permanent rear large columns or weak loading rear wall, the freestanding unit is the ideal solution. Freestanding Units are outfitted with end rails and rear rails for safety reason. The rear panels or rear curtains are available upon request.

2) Recessed Unit: This retractable seating system utilises a pocket in the wall to store the bleacher when closed. The seating bleachers once closed, the ends may or may not be exposed, and the bleachers are hidden from view typically under a recess, balcony or mezzanine.

Recessed bleachers are outfitted with upper and lower tracking guides, removable end rails, and can accommodate custom transition steps or access to the balcony when required.

3) Travelling Unit: It is a hybrid of recessed and portable units. Travelling units use integral power to drive the entire bank from one setup position to another. Set-up time is greatly reduced compared to individual portable sections.

4) Portable Unit: Smaller units can be moved around within the space using a pair of lifting dollies or for ultimate versatility our integrated 360 swivel dollies allow your facility staff to move the units in any direction with a minimum of effort.

Accessories

1. Front Aisle Steps: Provide at each vertical aisle location front aisle step. Front steps shall engage with front row to prevent accidental separation or movement. Steps shall be fitted with four non-skid rubber pads. Quantity and location as indicated.

2. Seat Numbers: Provide each plastic seat module oval etched plate. Easy to read black numerals will be on the plate fitted in a vandal resistant recess.

3. Row Letters: Provide at each row end of plastic seat a 50mm x 50mm oval etched plate with black numerals.

4.Deco-Plywood: Shall be a high-density laminated overlay panel fabricated out of 18mm Plywood, 1mm Laminated sheeting (factory Adhered).
